Geekay Bikes is a leading bike manufactures, seller, and distributor in India. They are pioneers and Innovators in the Electric bicycle industry in India. They sell bicycles, e-bikes, motor kits, and accessories all over India within a well established offline.
Problem/Wants
The task was to create an online storefront for people to buy bicycles online during the pandemic and beyond. The focus was to create a website that makes it easy for users to flow through the website and highlight the bike features and other details for a personal user experience. Apart from selling bikes online, customer support and user experience management were on the agenda. Thus, the cornerstone of this website was user experience and serving the diverse audience with what they are looking for seamlessly.
Solution & Execution
The website was designed to give users a clear navigation flow to all available bike brands. The product page was designed to show all available options for a bike at first glance and the buying process is a 3 step process from start to finish. The website is set up not just as an online store but also as a tool to manage the user issues with the purchase and to answer pre-sale questions.
